1 Introduction

6 Sports Betting Rules

10 Account Suspension & Termination

cs999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the player cannot be contacted.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cs999 will aim to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player. Any funds held in a verified, non-fraudulent account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the investigation is concluded.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting cs999 support. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

cs999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• cs999 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you do not agree with a change to the Terms, you are entitled to close your account before the change takes effect, and any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
